Broad + Noble is a 344-unit, 18-story high-rise multifamily development located in downtown Philadelphia. The project lies at the epicenter of the North Broad Street redevelopment area, one of Philadelphia’s fastest-growing urban enclaves. The Partnership acquired the parcel from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, which was originally considering the site as the potential location of its Philadelphia, PA temple. The site is also adjacent to the Philadelphia Rail Park, the city’s project to revitalize three miles of unused rail lines, transforming the line into a system of parks, walking trails and open space.
