Founding Partner
Brett Belliston is a founder of Tanara and has spent decades working closely with high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational family offices. His work centers on helping families organize complex financial lives across investments, tax planning, estate structures, business interests, and long-term wealth stewardship.
Brett is particularly known for his work in the family office space, where he helps families think beyond traditional investment management. He regularly works with families on governance, including developing family mission statements, clarifying long-term objectives, and defining roles and responsibilities across generations. His approach emphasizes clarity, thoughtful planning, and long-term alignment so families can steward wealth with purpose over time.
Over the course of his career, Brett has advised families through significant liquidity events, business transitions, and generational wealth planning. Many of his client relationships span decades and often grow into long-standing personal friendships built on trust and shared experience.
Brett holds a degree from the University of Utah and has earned several advanced professional designations, including Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®), Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®), and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®).

Zeb Lowe is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Tanara Wealth Management. In addition to leading the strategic direction of the firm, Zeb remains actively engaged with clients, working closely with business owners, corporate executives, and high-net-worth families to navigate complex financial decisions and long-term planning.
His work focuses on helping clients organize their financial lives, evaluate key decisions, and align financial strategies with their broader goals and priorities.
Zeb began his career in the financial services industry in 2010 with Ameriprise Financial Services. In 2014, he transitioned to the independent advisory model and played a central role in building an independent RIA, where he held leadership positions including Director of Financial Planning, Chief Investment Officer, and Managing Partner.
He holds a degree in Financial Planning from Utah Valley University and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

President
Joe Griffin serves as President of Tanara Wealth Management, where he focuses on the growth, strategy, and operational development of the firm. Working closely with the leadership team, he helps guide initiatives related to firm identity, business development, advisor support, and the overall client experience. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2009 and has been involved in building and scaling financial planning firms, including leadership roles within firms managing more than $1 billion in assets.
Throughout his career, Joe has worked with advisory firms across multiple states on brand development, firm identity, marketing strategy, and client experience initiatives. His work centers on strengthening advisory businesses while supporting the long-term delivery of financial planning services.
Joe works primarily with firms that operate under a fiduciary model and believes strongly in aligning firm culture, strategy, and client service around that standard.
He currently serves on the Banterra Bank Executive Council for the Utah market, collaborating with senior leaders on strategic initiatives. From 2012 to 2021, Joe also served alongside the investment committee for Utah’s 529 college savings plan, contributing to oversight of a program managing more than $18 billion in assets.
Outside of work, Joe serves on the board of the Ouelessebougou Alliance, a nonprofit organization focused on improving quality of life in West Africa. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Director of Operations & Chief Compliance Officer
Penny Paul serves as Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer of Tanara Wealth Management, LLC. She leads the firm’s operational strategy and regulatory oversight, including compliance administration, supervisory procedures, vendor management, custodial relationships, and reporting systems. Penny is responsible for ensuring that Tanara’s infrastructure supports disciplined execution, strong internal controls, and a transparent client experience.
Prior to Tanara, Penny spent more than 13 years at Andina Capital Management, where her responsibilities evolved from portfolio analytics and operational support to serving as Chief Compliance Officer and later Director of Operations. She was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and played a key role in building, managing, and trading liquid portfolios, as well as identifying, evaluating, and monitoring outsourced investment managers and supporting portfolio implementation and oversight.
Earlier in her career, Penny worked with Asset Allocation Consultants Limited in operations and investment consulting roles.
Penny earned both her Bachelor of Arts and MBA from York University. She lives on a 50-acre farm, where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her horses and dogs

Director of Family Offices
Tyler Thompson serves as Director of Family Offices at Tanara Wealth Management, where he works closely with business owners and families to support long-term planning and coordination across complex financial structures. In this role, he helps oversee the family office planning framework and strategic initiatives that align resources, advisors, and processes in support of each client relationship. His work often involves coordinating planning considerations across investments, tax strategy, estate structures, and business interests.
Tyler is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®). He also holds the Series 65 license as well as Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Financial Planning Certificate from the University of Utah.
After playing baseball at the University of Utah, Tyler has continued to stay involved in the sport by mentoring young athletes. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and values the role family plays in shaping long-term goals and priorities.

Alex Graham is a Wealth Advisor and Director of Financial Planning at Tanara Wealth Management, where he works with individuals and families to organize complex financial decisions and support long-term planning. His work includes financial planning, investment strategy, tax considerations, and estate planning coordination.
In his leadership role, Alex oversees the firm’s financial planning process and contributes to the development of advisory professionals, helping ensure planning discussions remain structured, consistent, and aligned with each client’s long-term objectives.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business in 2019 with a degree in Personal Financial Planning and earned his CFP® designation in 2020.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and pursuing mountain sports such as trail running, ultramarathon racing, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, fast-packing, and hiking. He also enjoys playing golf, soccer, and basketball and is an avid follower of English Premier League soccer. Alex enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, an interest that began while serving a mission in Mexico City.

Rosa Teklé serves as Director of Client Relations at Tanara Wealth Management, where she is focused on delivering thoughtful and dependable service to each client. In her role, she works closely with clients, advisors, executives, and cross-functional teams to help ensure every relationship is supported with responsiveness, organization, and care. She is also committed to supporting the growth and development of the team while helping maintain the collaborative culture that defines the firm.
Originally from Texas, Rosa brings experience from a leading multi-family office in Dallas, where she became a dependable resource for clients navigating important financial and life transitions. Known for her steady approach and reliability, she was often entrusted with internal initiatives designed to strengthen client service processes across the firm. Through that work, she built lasting relationships with colleagues and mentors while contributing to the firm’s broader commitment to serving clients well.
Rosa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Dustin Wheeler joined Tanara Wealth Management after nearly two decades of experience in public accounting. He spent many years delving into the intricate world of tax for high net worth individuals and business entities. He has a particular interest in technologies that help automate and organize financial information. He’s constantly experimenting with new tools and gadgets, trying to find that perfect blend of efficiency and human touch. With an extreme amount of patience and a methodical approach, he gets joy out of explaining complex financial situations that can be understood by all.
Dustin holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting degree from BYU-Idaho and a Master’s of Accountancy degree from UNLV. He is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in Utah and Nevada.
Despite being of average height and too slow to be a prime example of how to execute a fast break, Dustin enjoys playing basketball with friends. In a shining moment, he once tallied 9 points in a rec league game. Though he’ll never grace the grand stages of Carnegie Hall, he plays piano in his free time. He also played saxophone and percussion in school bands. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

Michael Cassidy serves as an Operations Analyst at Tanara Wealth Management, where he supports financial reporting and trade execution across the firm’s investment operations. He plays a key role in maintaining reporting accuracy, executing portfolio trades, and supporting internal processes that help ensure efficient and reliable operational workflows.
Michael is known for his attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset, often working across teams to help improve processes and resolve operational challenges. He is a dependable resource for colleagues and frequently assists with internal requests that support the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Michael joined the team in 2025, with previous experience in investment banking operations as well as financial reporting and fund accounting before joining Tanara.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree from Providence College with concentrations in Political Science and Economics.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active through running, biking, and swimming. He is also an avid sports fan who follows the New York Yankees, New York Giants, Providence College basketball, and Texas Longhorns football.

Mason Miles joined Tanara Wealth Management after beginning his career in financial services in 2025. He works closely with advisors to support the development and delivery of comprehensive financial plans, assisting with financial analysis, plan preparation, and the coordination of operational and administrative elements that help ensure a consistent client experience. Mason is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification as he works toward becoming a Wealth Advisor.
Earlier in his career, Mason worked at Fidelity Investments, where he supported clients with financial planning and investment guidance. During that time, he obtained the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 licenses, and he also holds the Series 65 license.
Mason graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, playing pickleball and basketball, and participating in any activity that involves a little friendly competition.

Lauren Hunsinger serves as Executive Assistant at Tanara Wealth Management, supporting the firm’s advisors and leadership team in the day-to-day coordination of client service and firm operations.
She brings a diverse background in finance, insurance, and entrepreneurship. Lauren holds a life insurance license and has supported financial professionals while also owning and operating a construction company, giving her firsthand experience with the operational challenges of running and growing a business. This perspective allows her to approach her role with a strong appreciation for both the organizational and personal aspects of financial planning.

April McEvoy serves as a Client Relations Manager at Tanara Wealth Management, where she supports advisors and serves as a key point of contact for clients. In her role, she helps coordinate client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and ongoing service requests, with a focus on organization, accuracy, and timely communication.
April brings a detail-oriented and proactive approach to client service and understands the importance of reliability and consistency in long-term financial relationships.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. Before entering the financial services industry, April worked for a nonprofit organization where she coordinated its annual continuing education conference, gaining extensive experience in office administration, event coordination, and operational organization.

Since joining the team in 2025, Dalin has worked closely with advisors to prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans for clients, while ensuring that all operational and administrative aspects are executed efficiently. He is actively pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation with the goal of becoming a Wealth Advisor in the future.
Dalin is currently a junior in the Finance program at Brigham Young University, with a focus on Private Banking and Wealth Management. He is also completing a minor in Mandarin Chinese. Outside of the office, Dalin enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, staying active through pickleball, soccer, basketball, and golf, and keeping up with sports. On most Sundays, you’ll likely find him watching football.
