The 105,215 square foot flex industrial building is located in Thousand Oaks, CA and is 100% occupied by two credit tenants on NNN leases: Tesla and Alcatel Lucent (“ALE”). The tenants have 7.6 years of weighted average remaining lease term. The asset was acquired at a discount to replacement cost and will produce strong cash flow over the course of the hold period.
